Attorney Sunil Patel dedicates his entire practice, and has committed his entire career, to representing individuals, families, and corporations in immigration matters. Himself a first-generation immigrant to the United States from the United Kingdom, Sunil has both personal and professional experience of the immigration process. A 2009 graduate of Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad College of Law, Sunil also has a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in International Business from the University of Miami's business school. He received his bachelor's degree in 2003 from Augusta State University. Sunil is licensed to practice law by the Florida Supreme Court, but his practice is limited to federal law, and he is eligible to represent clients in all 50 states.
Sunil founded his practice in 2014 after serving as a managing attorney with an established multinational law firm. Operating his own firm gives him the flexibility to accept the cases of people he believes he can help and to devote as much time as he deems necessary to each client. Sunil admits to being a bit of a perfectionist, and appreciates being able to have complete control over the quality of work that his office produces.
In addition to providing his clients with exceptional work, Sunil also offers them the candid advice and honesty that they need. His focus remains, always, on what will make the challenging and often-frustrating immigration process better for his clients.
