EB-1 Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Professors & Researchers or Multinational Manager/Executive

We help foreign nationals and their employers pursue immigration benefits under the EB-1 category. EB-1 is the employment-based immigration first preference visa category and it is open to the following three occupational categories without a Permanent Labor Certification (PERM):

Extraordinary Ability in the Sciences, Arts, Education, Business or Athletics

• Certain foreign nationals with sustained national or international acclaim in the sciences, arts, education, business or athletics.
• Do not require a U.S. job offer and can file a petition on behalf of themselves.

Outstanding Professors & Researchers

• Must be internationally recognized for their achievements in their academic field.
• Require an offer of employment from a U.S. employer.
• Must also be coming to the U.S. to pursue tenure or on a tenure track teaching or comparable research position at a U.S. institution of higher education.

Multinational Managers / Executives

• Must have at least one year of employment experience with the same employer, affiliate or subsidiary, outside the U.S. in a managerial or executive capacity.
