There are two ways to process an immigration benefit request with the United States Government. The first is while the applicant is physically present in the U.S. The second is for applicants who are or will be located outside of the country.
We help clients apply for an immigration benefit regardless of where they are physically located. When our clients are located outside the United States and will be applying for a temporary visa or for an immigrant visa to live and work in the States permanently, they will be required to appear for an interview with a U.S. consular officer abroad. Prior to scheduling an interview at a U.S. Consulate, further processing may be required with the U.S. Department of State’s National Visa Center. Our firm works with clients and the National Visa Center to complete processing of the visa application, do it correctly, and do it in a timely manner.
